Self-paced learning options that support flexible and accessible training.

BRMC's e-learning offers flexible, self-paced learning for organisations and individuals seeking to build cultural understanding and inclusive practice.

Modules are accessible, practical, and relevant across a range of professional settings.

The core e-learning offering is based on BRMC's Cultural Competency Training curriculum and maintains a strong focus on lived experience. Modules feature stories and insights from BRMC facilitators and members of the Diversity Speakers Bureau, ensuring learning remains grounded in real experiences and local context.

E-learning can be used as a standalone option or alongside face-to-face training and facilitated sessions. Additional modules will continue to be developed over time to respond to emerging needs. Development of BRMC's Cultural Competency e-learning has been supported by the City of Ballarat Community Impact Grant.
